This device applies a constant load to a motor installed in a constant temperature chamber and measures the rotational speed, current, voltage, and temperature. It has two constant temperature chambers, each of which can be individually controlled. It can simultaneously measure two motors at different temperatures and loads. Tests can be conducted to continuously apply the specified voltage and load until the switch is turned off, as well as tests that operate according to a pre-set load pattern.
